Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup ripe blackberry
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 8 ounces champagne or 8 ounces prosecco, chilled

Directions

  1. With a wooden pestle or spoon, crush the blackberries with the sugar in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Let macerate for a few minutes.
  3. Add the brandy and strain into two champagne flutes.
  4. Top each with 4 ounces of champagne.
