Albondigas Soup, Italian style

"This recipe multiplies up very easily, and sometimes I use the beef broth that doesn't need to be diluted. Just make sure to keep the liquid in a roughly 50% tomato soup 50% beef broth proportion. We usually have King's Hawaiian Bread with this. I prefer sweet sausage but you could use hot or make the meatballs from hamburger, etc. The type of meat you use will change the flavor of the soup."

  • Form sausage into meatballs and brown.
  • Pour off grease, add soups and 2 cansfull of water, beans (undrained) and veggies.
  • Simmer until done.
