Directions

  1. Place first five ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes or so.
  2. Remove lemon and orange pieces.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring mixture to a boil.
  4. Strain, cool and bottle.
  5. Keep in refrigerator up to two weeks.
  6. Save ginger slices if you like and add to bottle.
  7. Add a small amount to a teacup and fill with hot water.
