ingredients

1 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons cornstarch
¹⁄₂ teaspoon dry mustard
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₈ teaspoon pepper
1 ¹⁄₂ cups milk
3 tablespoons butter
1 ¹⁄₂ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
6 ounces twist trio macaroni, cooked 6 minutes, drained
1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes, well drained, coarsely chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

directions

Preheat oven to 350.
In a 1 quart saucepan stir together constarch, mustard, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Add butter.
Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 1 minute.
Sitr in cheese until it melts. Pour sauce over macaroni in a 8x8x2" baking dish.
Add tomatoes, toss until well mixed. Sprinkle with bacon.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
