- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 16 ounces alfredo sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, cut in half
- 8 ounces mushrooms, cut in half
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 ounces spinach
- 2 lbs fresh green beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
directions
- For main dish: Place Chicken in slow cooker; season with seasoning salt.
- Add alfredo sauce and garlic.
- Place mushrooms on top of the chicken; sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder.
- Cook on low about 4-6 hours or until chicken is done.
- Add spinach; cook until spinach starts to wilt.
- For side dish: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place pan in oven for 10 minutes.
- Place beans on pan.
- Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss well to coat.
- Bake 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
