- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- minced garlic
- salt
- 1⁄4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄4 cup grated cheddar cheese
directions
- Mix all together. Heat for 3 mins in microwave. Pour over noodles and serve.

This is a wonderful recipe. The taste of the sauce needed parmesan cheese which we put on our pasta. Next time I'll use only parmesan cheese in the sauce. This sauce is not really thick. I put already cooked pasta with half the sauce for the 3 of us. And we have enough for another meal. Thanks for posting this recipe. Made for Bargain Basement tag game
