  1. Melt butter in large pot on stove top.
  2. Crush garlic and add to butter.
  3. Gradually whisk in cream cheese and allow to melt while stirring constantly.
  4. Add milk a few tablespoons at a time to mixture, mix well.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese into mixture, while stirring constantly.
  6. Add black pepper and bring to boil at medium-low heat.
  7. Sauce is ready to serve.
