  • Combine mayonnaise and mustard and mix well.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon mayonnaise mixture on one side of each toast slice.
  • To assemble each sandwich, layer l slice toast, mayonnaise-side up. Top with lettuce leaf, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices ham, 2 slices tomato and next slice of toast, mayonnase-side down.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon mayonnaise mixture on side of toast (facing up).
  • Continue assembling each sandwich with 1 slice cheese, 2 ounces turkey, 2 slices bacon, another lettuce leaf and the last slice of toast, mayonnaise side down.
  • To serve, cut each sandwich into triangles. Secure with toothpicks.

  1. Loved this! Great quick dinner that I kind of had forgotten about. I used sour dough bread since that was what we had on hand, and didn't put the extra slice of bread in the middle as we are trying to be careful with carbs. Still delicious! This is a picture of me with my oldest grandson, DJ and was taken this past summer when we went on a cruise and land tour of Alaska. I am retired after working for the same company for 25 years. My husband is a retired military officer. After the military he started working for Lockheed and is now retired from there as well. We live in San Jose, CA and have lived in the same house for over 33 years. We have two grown children and 6 beautiful grandchildren. I love to try new recipes and jazz up old ones. Taste of Home and Southern Living are my favorite recipe magazines(I enjoy reading a little bit about the people who submit the recipes). Recipe Zaar is just an incredible site. I've made many new friends since joining.
