BASE
- 1⁄2 cup icing sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup grapeseed oil
- 2 cups flour

FILLING
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

FROSTING
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup icing sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons milk
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons almond extract
directions
- Mix together "BASE" ingredients and press into a greased 9x 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes in a 350 oven.
- Mix the "FILLING" ingredients together and spread on baked base. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes in a 350 oven.
- **For an extra cheesy filling, increase to 12 ounce of cream cheese and add 2 tbsp more of sugar**.
- Remove from oven and cool.
- Mix the "FROSTING" ingredients together and spread over cooled bars.
