  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Prep a 8x8 Pan with parchment.
  • Place oats in a food processor, grind until mostly powder.
  • Add almond butter, cocoa powder and sugar - mix until it comes together - it will be fairly stiff.
  • add eggs and cream, pulse until it starts to smooth out, adding more cream as needed.
  • Pulse in vanilla extract.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, turn off oven and allow to sit for another 15 minutes - don't open the oven!
  • finish cooling on the counter, refrigerate until cold, remove from pan and cut into 2x2 servings.
