Almond Cake
"DD was selling Watkins for a band fundraiser. She stopped at Barb S. and was sent home with this recipe. I don't know if this is from Watkins or not. Barb says it is really good."

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a medium size cast iron skillet with foil.
- Did not say but I think I'd spray foil with Pam for Baking.
- Mix everything together.
- Pour into prepared skillet.
- Sprinkle with turbinado sugar and sliced almonds.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
