  1. Wonderful! I didn't have any cheese so left that out. I also added some salt. Will make this one again. Made for Zaar 1-2-3 Hits Tag Game 2011.

  2. This is a very tasty change from the norm. I think that I'd leave the cheddar out next time as it adds fat and I really can't say that it really added anything to the flavor of the dish. I made 2 servings and that wanted 6 cups of celery! I cut that down to somewhere between 3-4 and even after cooking that was a *lot* of celery for 2 people. I still have enough for 2 more servings. Also, I think the soup amount is off, the recipe ask for 1/4 of a can and I used half with my reduced amount of celery. It was a good thing I did because it had a very nice moist creaminess with the half can that would have been missing with just 1/4. Once again, the end result had a really lovely flavor and it makes a great side that the whole family will enjoy.

  3. This is really good and simple to prepare. I must admit that I was a bit hesitant to try this recipe. But, I had some celery I needed to use up and I am so glad I gave it a try! What a great way to use up leftover celery. Who knew that celery could be the highlight of a dish! This is a very tasty side dish which we enjoyed alongside grilled steaks. Yum! I did have to substitute cream of chicken soup because I was out of cream of celery. Made for 1-2-3 Hits.
