  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine cheeses and wine. Beat until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup almonds. Cover and chill. Shape into dome. Press with remaining 1/2 cup almonds against outside of cheese. Serve with fresh fruit and crackers.
