  1. Mix coconut cream, powder sugar and coconut.
  2. Strain excess liquid and run through a food processor to chopp coconut in fine chunks.
  3. Melt chocolate and mix with coconut mixture.
  4. Line cookie sheet with wax paper and spread mixture evenly on cookie sheet.
  5. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top and press in to chocolate.
  6. Let fudge set in freezer for about 3min. Then cut 1in cubes.
