Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup almonds (you may blanch to remove skins if you like)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or agave syrup or maple syrup)

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to blender. Process at low speed for 1 minute, and 3 minutes at high speed until smooth. Strain the mixture through cheese cloth to remove remaining solids.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
