  • Chop almonds VERY fine. Add 1 egg white gradually, then 1 cup icing sugar and lemon juice. K.
  • Knead with more icing sugar until a soft dough is formed.
  • Roll out to desired shape, about 1/4 inch thick, and top fruitcakes.
