  • 12 cup brown rice syrup or 12 cup honey
  • 13 cup almond butter
  • 34 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups quinoa
  • 12 cup coarsely chopped almonds

Directions

  1. In a large bowl whisk together honey, almond butter and almond extract until well blended. Stir in quinoa flakes and almonds until just combined.
  2. Using your hands, press quinoa mixture into foil lined and greased pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Lift mixture from pan and invert onto cutting board. Peel off foil and cut into 8 bars.
