  1. Hard boil eggs, shell.
  2. Discard 5 yolks, leaving one for flavor.
  3. Coarsely chop eggs.
  4. Add in mayo, mustard, relish-and whatever else!
  5. I use a pita bread, tomato and lettuce.
  6. Enjoy!
