  1. Get a really pretty bowl and dump the coleslaw into it. Add the peanuts and the diced cilantro and mix well. Garnish the top with a few full cilantro pieces so it looks like a flower.
  2. Use any leftovers in a flour tortilla and any leftoever meat you may have and you have a wonderfully nutricious snack or lunch!
