- 32 ounces kentucky fried chicken Coleslaw
- 16 ounces unsalted Spanish peanuts
- 1⁄2 bunch cilantro, diced
directions
- Get a really pretty bowl and dump the coleslaw into it. Add the peanuts and the diced cilantro and mix well. Garnish the top with a few full cilantro pieces so it looks like a flower.
- Use any leftovers in a flour tortilla and any leftoever meat you may have and you have a wonderfully nutricious snack or lunch!

We do enjoy coleslaw, & your recipe is certainly an easy one to make! The only change I made was to cut back (by half) on the amount of cilantro that I used, since one bunch is a whole lot more than we could handle! Still, the addition of those two ingredients to the already prepared coleslaw made for a very nice tasting side! Thanks for sharing your recipe!
