- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried tuna bonito flakes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce, Vietnamese
- 1⁄8 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 6 ounces tofu, cut in cubes
