  • 1 lb linguica sausage, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) bag mixed vegetables (optional)
  • 12 teaspoon salt

directions

  • Cut Linguica into bite size pieces.
  • Brown in skillet cooking about ten minutes over low flame.
  • Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook 40 minutes or until rice is done.
  • Serve hot.
