directions

  • fry onion in oil until golden brown.
  • add ginger paste , sliced potatoes , cauliflower florets .
  • simmer for 2 minutes .add tomatoes , cumin seeds , salt , tumeric powder , chilli powder .and all spice.
  • cover it with lid and cook for 7 minutes.
