- 1 large cauliflower
- 2 small potatoes
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 chopped onion (small)
- 1 chopped tomato (small)
- 2 green chilies
- salt
- 2 g cumin seeds
- 2 g turmeric powder
- 2 g chili powder
- 2 g allspice
- 2 teaspoons oil
directions
- fry onion in oil until golden brown.
- add ginger paste , sliced potatoes , cauliflower florets .
- simmer for 2 minutes .add tomatoes , cumin seeds , salt , tumeric powder , chilli powder .and all spice.
- cover it with lid and cook for 7 minutes.
