  1. Cut bacon strips into 1/2" pieces, fry, drain, and set aside.
  2. Cut mushrooms into small pieces, lightly saute in bacon drippings, and set aside.
  3. Heat cream, milk, and butter in a medium/large stock pot over medium heat. At a light simmer, add the sauce mix and stir well.
  4. When the sauce has thickened (2-4 mins), reduce the heat and add the bacon and mushrooms.
  5. Prepare noodles to al dente, drain, and add to the sauce mix. Toss the mixture until all the noodles are well coated.
  6. Plate immediately, top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese, and serve with warm garlic bread.
