  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Cream sugar and butter together in a large bowl.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
  4. Mash the bananas in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the milk and vinegar and mix by hand.
  6. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  7. alternate adding the banana mixture and dry ingredients to the sugar/butter mixture.
  8. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans, and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool thoroughly before serving.
