- 2 ounces rolled oats
- 6 ounces sultanas
- 3 ounces self raising flour
- 4 ounces granulated sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
- 6 ounces butter
directions
- Combine oats, sultanas, sifted flour and sugar.
- Melt butter and add honey.
- Mix in dry ingredients.
- Press over median greased tin.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 190.
