Directions

  1. Spread rice in bottom of 2.5-3 quart casserole dish. Mix chicken meat with vegetables, spread on top of rice.
  2. Whisk cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise and parmesan (may need to microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften) and pour over the chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, broil for the last 3 min to brown on top.
