  1. Boil macaroni for 9-10 minutes or to desired texture.
  2. Drain noodles into colander and pour noodles back into pot.
  3. Stir butter into noodles. Let melt.
  4. Tear American cheese into smaller pieces and mix into noodles. Let melt. Then, add the yogurt and stir well.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese well.
  6. Serve hot. To store, dump into plastic air-tight container and cover with a lid. Store in fridge.
