Directions

  1. Peel and slice potatoes into quarters.
  2. Boil potatoes in water until fork tender, do not overcook.
  3. Drain potatoes and put in bowl and place in fridge to cool down 1 hour.
  4. Combine and mix all ingredients with potatoes.
  5. Put back in fridge until ready to eat and enjoy!
