  1. soak raisins over night, drain excess water & puree.
  2. preheat oven to 350.
  3. add bananas and flax to the raisins and puree.
  4. transfer banana mixture to a mixing bowl and add milk, vanilla, agave, butter, & eggs - using a mixer on med/low speed for 1 minute (until combined).
  5. in a separate bowl mix salt, baking soda, baking powder, almond meal, oat flour, & all purpose flour.
  6. slowly mix the dry ingrediants inches mix until wet on low then med for 1 minute.
  7. portion out into 36 greased or lined muffin cups.
  8. bake for 20-30 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
