  • soak raisins over night, drain excess water & puree.
  • preheat oven to 350.
  • add bananas and flax to the raisins and puree.
  • transfer banana mixture to a mixing bowl and add milk, vanilla, agave, butter, & eggs - using a mixer on med/low speed for 1 minute (until combined).
  • in a separate bowl mix salt, baking soda, baking powder, almond meal, oat flour, & all purpose flour.
  • slowly mix the dry ingrediants inches mix until wet on low then med for 1 minute.
  • portion out into 36 greased or lined muffin cups.
  • bake for 20-30 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
