  1. CAKE: In a large mixing bowl, blend on low speed for 30 seconds: cake mix, oil, mandarin oranges and eggs.
  2. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  5. TOPPING: Combine pineapple and pudding mix.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Add Cool Whip.
  8. Mix well by hand.
  9. Frost cake when cool.
  10. Refrigerate.
