Directions

  1. Scrub potatoes clean.
  2. Cut in 1/4-inch thick slices.
  3. Pat slices dry with paper towels.
  4. Combine onion powder and next four ingredients in a large ziplock bag.
  5. Add potato slices and shake to coat.
  6. Arrange potato slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
