  1. Beat all ingredients, except bread, together.
  2. Preheat frying pan.
  3. Dip bread into milk mixture and place in hot frying pan.
  4. Pour leftover milk mixture on top of the bread.
  5. Fry on both sides until brown.
  6. Serve with peanut butter (optional) and syrup.
