  • Defrost dinner roll dough.
  • Make cranberry sauce with cranberries, water, sugar and apples. Cook 5-7 minutes at medium heat.
  • Flatten individual dough ball. Stuff a Teaspoon of cranberry mixture into ball.
  • Fold berry mixture into flattened dough ball, squeezing the edges to make a turnover shape.
  • Place turnovers on cookie sheet, with space for them to rise. Let them rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • Place turnovers in a preheated 350 oven. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until light brown.
  • You may also use this basic recipe, to make different flavors of pirozhki.
