Anchovy, Breadcrumb, Pasta

"My mom made this dish up, it is REALLY good if you like anchovies. A little on the dry side because of the breadcrumbs and anchovies together, but it has an excellent taste."

  1. I cut the recipe in half and it worked well. I was stingy on the breadcrumbs and used only 1 tbsp olive oil, chopped the anchovies quite fine and after warming on the pan tossed them with fettuccini. - I love anchovies and this pasta with a veal cutlet , green salad was wonderful Thanks Dana

  2. What a great and unique recipe! I, like Bergy, cut the recipe in half for my youngest son and I and of course I did add a clove of minced garlic...oh Dana, this was just really a nice change (oh and I did a spinach salad Ceasar dressing -yup more chovies- myself *LOL)
