Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 13 tablespoon sugar
  • 13 tablespoon mirin
  • 8 ounces dried anchovies, small, Shirakiku Brand (Taberu Niboshi)

Directions

  1. In a saucepan add soy sauce, sugar and mirin and stirring at all time. Reduce this mixture by half and add in the small anchovy.
