Andrew's Pizza Pasta (Gluten-Free Dairy-Free)

“I have been searching for fun and tasty GFCF recipes for my little boy who cannot tolerate gluten or casein. There are lots of GFCF recipes out there, but many of them do not appeal to a 4 year old! I came up with this on my own, and after much tweaking and sampling I feel I am ready to share this one. I hope you enjoy this as much as we do!”

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. In large saucepan, cook pasta according to directions on package.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, cook ground beef in large skillet on high heat, about 4 minute Add onion, garlic and all other spices and cook for about 4 more minute or until meat is thoroughly cooked. Drain fat from skillet. Add spaghetti sauce.
  4. 4. When pasta is done, drain and add to the skillet. Mix everything in skillet thoroughly.
  5. 5. Place contents of skillet in a 2 quart baking dish. Top with grated "cheese." (I put half dairy-free on one half and regular mozzarella on the other half). Sprinkle with parsley.
  6. 6. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minute.
  7. 7. Uncover and bake for 5 minute.
