Angel Cake with Tipsy Raspberries

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 angel food cake (from your supermarket or bakery)
  • 1 package frozen raspberries, without syrup thawed
  • 14 cup Grand Marnier or 14 cup any orange liqueur

Directions

  1. Mix thawed berries with Grand Marnier.
  2. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  3. Puree about 1/3 of the berries.
  4. Stir in the whole berries and bring to room temperature.
  5. Cut angel cake into desired number of slices.
  6. Spoon berries mixture over angel cake and serve.
