Directions

  1. Add first five ingredients to crockpot, and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
  2. Add your favorite seasonings as desired.
  3. When you are about ready to eat boil your pasta according to package directions.
  4. Top with chicken and sauce.
  5. I like to shred my chicken a bit in the pot before we dish it up.
