  1. This was very good and it certainly was quick and easy. I had a large left-over chicken breast that I sauteed in 1/2 cup of butter. Since I love lemon I used the juice of 2 lemons and their zest in the sauce. I only had a 12 oz. box of dried angel hair, so I cooked that up and it worked out very well. I think this would also be very good with shrimp. A nice, easy and light supper that everyone enjoyed.

  2. Quick, easy and very tasty. I used a 12 1/2oz can of chunk chicken breast, drained . I believe that this will be one of those dishes that are even better the next day. I agree with another reviewer about the trying it with shrimp.
