  • 2 (5 1/8 ounce) packages Pasta Roni, angel hair pasta with parmesan cheese dinner mix
  • 1 (12 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 12 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 34 cup crushed butter flavored cracker (about 15)
  • 14 cup butter, melted

directions

  • Prepare pasta dinner mixes according to package directions.
  • Stir in the tuna and Italian seasoning.
  • Transfer to a large serving bowl; cover and let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Toss cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top.

  1. Yum, Yum, Yum! You've got a winner here. So creamy and delicious. the Ritz crackers we used added a wonderful crunch. Will definitely be making again! Thanks for a keeper recipe! :) Update: Made this again with a few changes and it really rocked! I used half the amount of tuna, and to the Ritz, I also added about 1/2 cup of 'Fresh Gourmet Cripsy Onions' (garlic pepper flavored). They are kinda like the crispy onions you put on green bean casserole only better. I then baked at 350 in a greased casserole dish for 15 minutes. This is such a great side dish to just about anything, or even stand alone. luvinit!
     
  2. Followed your recipe right on down & had a very-easily prepared meal in no time at all ~ Great in the taste dept, too! I did use water-packed albacore & the crushed crackers were Milton's Milti-Grain crackers which we use a lot in recipes like this one! We also always have both shredded & diced, cooked chicken breast in the freezer & sometime will use that! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]
     
  3. This is great. I'll have to keep the ingredients on hand all the time for this recipe. Next time I might add some veggies, I was thinking peas or mushrooms would be good.

  5. My husband and I really enjoyed this meal. I know we will have this a lot in the future. This is so easy and cooks up quickly for those nights you are tired and don't really feel like cooking. I made this recipe exactly as stated except I added salmon instead of tuna. So delicious!!!

I have two boys Eddie 18 and Brandon 10. I have been with my hubby for 16 years. I work full time outside the home and my boys keep me busy at home. Eddie is a singer and base guitar player in a band and Brandon races go karts. We also have a Collie/Beagle mix named Sugar. I love to cook and try out new recipes. My family likes it too but at times ask my to make just "normal" food, as I forget sometimes to make my own TNT recipes. I cook a lot with with my crock pot as it makes life a lot easier for me. I am always on the look out for new crock pot recipes. I'm not much of a baker as I don't like to measure things. I collect cookbooks and recipes in general. I usually start with a recipe and tweak to my families liking. My Rating System: 5 Stars = The whole family enjoyed the dish and it will be added to my TNT cookbook. Book #220911. These recipes will be made again and again. 4 Stars = Recipe was good, but needed some modifications or it was good but not something we would want on a regular basis. Also goes into my TNT-4 star recipe cookbook. Book #220912 3 Stars = It was edible, but won't be made again. 2 Stars = Needs some kind of major adjustments. 1 Stars = Inedible, didn't work, waste of ingredients.
