  1. Preheat oven to 350. Place parchment paper on an insulated cookie sheet. Pour condensed milk in a shallow saucer. With a serrated knife, remove crusts from each slice of bread. Cut each slice into 4 finger-length slices. Lightly dip each "finger" into the milk and then roll in the coconut.(bread should not be "soppy", just moist). Place about an inch apart on the parchment, and bake for 10 to 12 minute or until lightly golden. Remove to wire rack and let cool. Store in tightly-fitting container.
