Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream butter and cream cheese.
  3. Add sugar gradually.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  5. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
  6. Divide dough into 2 rolls the length of the cookie sheet and 1 1/2 inch wide.
  7. Bake 25 minutes until light brown.
  8. Remove from oven and cut into slices about 3/4 inch thick.
  9. Place on cookie sheet cut side down.
  10. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes until toasted and crisp.
