  • Brown ground beef and onion.
  • Add fresh chopped parsley.
  • Add Brooks Beans and water, heat to boiling.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir in stewed tomatoes after 20 minutes of simmering.
  • Slightly mash.
  • Add buillion cube and hot sauce to taste.
  • Simmer for another 30 minutes, and serve!
