- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (27 ounce) can brooks chili beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can brooks chili beans
- 1.5 (16 ounce) cans water
- salt
- pepper
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- hot sauce
directions
- Brown ground beef and onion.
- Add fresh chopped parsley.
- Add Brooks Beans and water, heat to boiling.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in stewed tomatoes after 20 minutes of simmering.
- Slightly mash.
- Add buillion cube and hot sauce to taste.
- Simmer for another 30 minutes, and serve!
