ingredients
- 2 lbs halibut fillets, boned and skinned
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup cream
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 cup thinly sliced onion
- green onion stems, sliced at an angle
directions
- Wash and pat dry fish.
- Cut into serving size portions.
- Salt and Pepper fish.
- Butter baking dish.
- Add onions.
- Lay fish on top of onions.
- Combine rest of ingredients except green onions in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over fish.
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle green onion over fish.
- Serve with rice.
