Another Chicken Broccoli and Stuffing Bake

- 1 (6 ounce) package seasoned chicken flavor stuffing mix
- 1 1⁄4 cups water (or as directed by stuffing directions)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (frozen will result in soggy dish)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 4 tablespoons ranch dressing (may substitute Lite but not Fat Free)
directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Coat large baking dish with cooking spray.
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package.
- Spread stuffing in baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts on top of stuffing.
- Top with broccoli.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon.
- Drizzle Ranch dressing.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
