Another Chili Recipe, but This is the Best!!

“i've eaten a LOT of chili before and this one is by far the best I've ever had. The recipe is mild, but I add Tabasco and Cayenne Pepper to taste for those who like it spicier. A friend gave this to me, and it's been the hit at every party I've made it for! trust me!”
