Another Hot Cocoa Mix
"After trying some other mixes, I found I like my cocoa a bit sweeter, so I adapted them and here it is!"

ingredients
- 5 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup cocoa
directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until blended (you can mix in blender or food processor for a finer texture if desired).
- Store in air tight container.
- To serve: Mix 6 tablespoons mix with 1 cup hot water until mix is dezolved. Top with marshmallows if desired.

This is good. I made a mistake and made it the first time with hot milk instead of hot water. The second time I made it with the hot water. The milk was much better than the water, it was a lot creamier.

With 5 kids and a hungry husband to feed, I'm always looking for good, budget friendly meals. We generally eat meals that use little meat (I try to use 1 lb or less per dinner, and none the rest of day), so that means lots of casseroles and meats with gravy.
I enjoy baking, so bread recipes and desserts tend to get saved more frequently than others. I'm especially partial to chocolate and lemon (although not together).
