Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 lb ground veal
  • 12 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup cracker crumb
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
  • 1 12 teaspoons original pleasoning seasoning
  • 1 medium bay leaf, crushed
  • 0.5 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 12 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 14 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 12 cup potato, finely shredded (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients, well & pack into a greased loaf pan.
  3. Mix remaining Tomato Soup, with ½ teaspoon Original Pleasoning & spread over top.
  4. Bake for 1½ hours.
  5. Remove loaf from pan ASAP & dispose of grease.
  6. Let set for approximately 7-10 minutes before slicing.
  7. ENJOY!
