Another Spinach and Feta Casserole

- 2 (13 1/2 ounce) cans spinach
- 1 lb feta cheese
- 1 bunch green onion
- 9 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
directions
- Grease 9 inch pan; set aside.
- Mix eggs and cheese until smooth.
- Add onion, garlic, mix well.
- Stir in spinach.
- Evenly spread spinach mixture in pan.
- Bake at 300F for approximately 1 hour.
