  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 80 ml fresh apple juice
  • 12 medium apple, grated coarsley
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 95 g sheep milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh apple juice, extra
  • 1 tablespoon blueberries, extra

directions

  • Combine oats and juice in small bowl.
  • Put in fridge for one hour, covered (until soft).
  • Add some apples, blueberries and yoghurt.
  • Serve with the extra juice and blueberries.
